Quotes and service confirmation
Website information and initial estimates are not binding offers. A job is accepted only after we confirm the route, cargo, timing, price, and any special requirements. Materially inaccurate or changed information may result in a revised price, delay, or cancellation.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate shipment and contact information, lawful and properly packaged goods, safe and timely access, required documentation, and disclosure of value, weight, dimensions, hazards, fragility, temperature needs, or special handling. You are responsible for obtaining any authority or consent needed to tender property and share recipient information.
Prohibited and regulated property
We may refuse any item. Hazardous materials, firearms, illegal goods, live animals, currency, controlled substances, and other regulated or unusually valuable property may not be tendered without advance written acceptance. Written acceptance does not relieve the customer of any packaging, labeling, declaration, permit, training, documentation, or other legal duty.
Timing and delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Traffic, weather, road conditions, facility delays, government action, breakdowns, inaccurate information, and events outside reasonable control may affect performance. We may use reasonable alternate routing or delivery procedures when necessary.
Charges, cancellations, and waiting time
You agree to pay confirmed charges and any disclosed additional charges caused by changes, waiting time, redelivery, extra stops, special handling, tolls, parking, or inaccurate shipment information. Applicable cancellation terms will be communicated with the service confirmation.
Inspection, loss, and claims
Note visible loss or damage promptly and preserve the item, packaging, photos, receipts, and delivery records. Send a written claim to contact@delavegaexpress.com as soon as reasonably possible. Any liability limit, declared-value option, insurance requirement, or claim deadline stated in an accepted quote, bill of lading, rate confirmation, or service-specific agreement will control for that shipment.
Website and portal use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, submit malicious content, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or use information for unlawful purposes. Portal credentials are personal to the authorized user and must be protected.
Automated information and compliance tools
Route, weather, fuel, document-analysis, regulatory, and dispatch outputs are informational aids and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Drivers, dispatchers, shippers, and other responsible parties must verify current conditions, official documents, equipment limits, and applicable laws before acting.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free third-party data. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, safety, or regulatory advice. Liability for an accepted transportation service is governed by its specific written agreement and applicable law.

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms. Coming-soon offerings are informational only and are unavailable until separately launched and confirmed. References to Turo do not state or imply sponsorship, affiliation, or present availability.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal transportation law or another mandatory law applies. We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
