Coverage and quotes
Every route is reviewed individually. To request a quote, send the pickup and delivery addresses, requested date and time, item description, quantity, approximate dimensions and weight, loading requirements, and any access instructions.
A request is not confirmed until DE LA VEGA EXPRESS LLC accepts the job and provides written confirmation.
Preparing a delivery
- Package items to withstand normal transport and handling.
- Provide accurate contents, value, dimensions, weight, and special-handling information.
- Ensure pickup and delivery contacts are available during the agreed window.
- Disclose stairs, docks, restricted access, loading equipment, or appointment requirements.
- Keep personal, financial, and medical information out of notes unless it is necessary for the service.
Restricted and regulated items
Do not tender hazardous materials, firearms, illegal goods, live animals, currency, controlled substances, or other regulated or unusually valuable property unless DE LA VEGA EXPRESS LLC has expressly agreed in writing and all legal, documentation, packaging, labeling, and handling requirements are satisfied. We may decline any shipment.
Delivery updates and proof of delivery
Available updates may include pickup confirmation, in-transit communication, exceptions, and delivery confirmation. The exact proof available depends on the job and may include a recipient name, timestamp, photo, signature, or delivery note.
Delays, changes, and cancellations
Weather, traffic, road closures, facility delays, inaccurate shipment information, and events outside reasonable control can affect timing. Contact us as soon as possible when a route, item, or appointment changes. Any cancellation, waiting-time, redelivery, or route-change charge will be disclosed when applicable.
Coming-soon capabilities
Domestic and international freight, maritime or sea freight, air freight or cargo, and Turo or private rentals are planned capabilities and are not represented as currently available. Launch timing, eligibility, pricing, and terms will be announced separately.
